Shipping

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Delivery Time: 1-5 business days after handling

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes! We provide tracking for all orders so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You can return items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?

A: Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

A: Please contact us right away at info@maxyshop.co.uk with photos and details. We’ll fix it as fast as possible.

Q: Can I exchange an item?

A: We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order separately.
